“Healing begins with the courage to ask for help.”

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, validated, and supported on your journey toward living a life that feels aligned with you.
About Me
In 2015, I began my own therapy journey, and it truly transformed my life. Understanding myself better and gaining awareness of why I respond the way I do gave me a sense of control and empowerment that I had never experienced before. For the first time, I realized that I could change how I show up in my daily life, how I respond to challenges, and how I engage in relationships.
This profound experience inspired me to go back to school and pursue a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, so I could help others feel the same sense of empowerment. I graduated in 2020 and have been practicing individual and couple's counseling ever since.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight oriented. I draw from several therapeutic modalities based on your individual needs, including modern psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and motivational interviewing. Psychodynamic therapy helps create space to explore patterns, emotions, and subconscious experiences that may be impacting your present life. EMDR can be especially helpful when you’re feeling stuck or wanting to process trauma or distressing experiences. I also use motivational interviewing through open-ended questions, reflection, and collaborative conversation to help you build insight, strengthen self-trust, and move toward meaningful change.
